Terms of Service — Original Minds™ Memberships

Effective Date: September 1st, 2025

By subscribing to any membership or program offered by Original Minds™ (the “Membership”), you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before joining.

1. Scope of Services

Membership may include access to: premium content (Briefings), live sessions (De-Briefings, AMAs, expert talks), online community spaces, events (live or virtual), and/or tools and resources.
Specific features vary by membership tier (Briefings, Originals, Original Minds).
We may update or improve the Membership from time to time — any changes will always add value and not materially reduce your access.

2. Fees & Payments

Membership fees are billed in advance via Stripe (through Ghost checkout).
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
All fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
If your payment method fails, we may suspend access until payment is completed.

3. Cancellation & Renewal

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings.
Cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund past payments.
Annual memberships run for 12 months and renew automatically unless cancelled.

4. Events & Live Sessions

Some memberships may include access to live online or in-person events.
Event availability and access may depend on your tier.
Travel and accommodation costs for in-person events are your responsibility.

5. Community Conduct

Members are expected to treat others with respect and professionalism.
We reserve the right to suspend or remove any member who violates community standards (harassment, abuse, spamming, etc.) without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, frameworks, and materials shared by Original Minds™ are protected intellectual property.
You may use them for your own business, but not copy, distribute, or resell them without permission.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee specific results or outcomes. Your progress depends on your own effort and implementation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for your membership in the last 12 months.
