Most agency and consultancy owners I talk to feel stuck between two fears:

When you answer these, the rest becomes much clearer.

Leads → Conversion → Deal Size → Volume → Retention → Margins.

That’s it. The Money Equation.
If these levers are working, your business compounds.
If they aren’t, you bleed profit.

AI doesn’t change the levers. It just makes it easier (and faster) to pull them.
